  1. For Hidalgo Royale, the Total Contract Price (TCP) is
    Php 2,418,000.00

    PAGIBIG Financing

    The Equity is estimated at 37% of the TCP in the amount of
    Php 864,660.00 (after reservation fee of Php 30,000.00)
    which is payable in 18 months since we are nearing delivery already
    That would be around Php 48,036.67 per month for 18months.

    For the balance thru PAG IBIG financing, the amount is
    Php 1,523,340.00.
    The PAGIBIG monthly amortization for 30 years is estimated at
    Php 14,000.00 per month.

    BANK FINANCING

    The Equity is around 30% of the TCP in the amount of
    Php 695,400.00 (after reservation fee of Php 30,000.00)
    which is payable in 18 months since we are nearing delivery already
    That would be around Php 38,633.33 per month for 18months.
    For the balance thru BANK financing, the amount is

  5. when completed, Panglao Airport will only be few minutes drive from Royal Palms Panglao.. no need to memorize cross streets because it's just along the highway
