  1. For Colorado Homes BOHOL, interested buyers can still send a Letter of Intent (LOI). Though the subdivision map is already out, buyers who have sent LOIs previously are now taking the time to choose their unit locations in the subdivision.

    another advantage if you buy during preselling is that buyers will enjoy a longer term to pay the home equity, 30months for Colorado Homes Bohol..

    when project completion nears, equity term are shortened to 24,18,12,& 6 months respectively with corresponding price increases..
